we are sad to report the death of our naughty cat gizmo.
we were woken on friday night to a horrendous noise -a stray cat had come into the house and was fighting Gizzy.
Iain got up and chased it out, but there was more fighting outside and then quiet.
There was no sign of Gizmo yesterday, but his body was found in the field this morning. there was some blood, but we think he died of a heart attack from the trauma.

he was such a big part of our lives, and those of you who have visited the house will realise how empty it must be without him.
