despite our best efforts to confirm that it was okay to take the tandem on the plane to the world duathlon champs, we had it confirmed today by Iberia (thanks Charlotte) that they will not accept the tandem.
Having spoken to BA who were flying through, we are now having to fight to get our money back- so fingers crossed they will see reason and help us.
Now frantically trying to get more holiday from work so we can drive to gijon. looks like its through France -only 18 hours !!!!
