Sadly I missed the 2018-19 launch event due to being away racing, but I was really pleased to hear that I would be included in the Norfolk Sports Academy (NSA) for the third consecutive Year.It’s a big help being part of the NSA which includes access to expert advice on things like nutrition, sports Psychology and strength and conditioning as well as access to all of the UEA Sporspark’s great facilities. This includes the 50m pool, athletics track and gym.

It’s also nice to be able to meet other athletes on the NSA which includes people from an athletics, sailing, kayaking and other diverse sporting backgrounds.

Hopefully I will be able to get to some of the other events and sessions scheduled throughout the year!
