this weekend we have gone back into triathlon mode with Luke Watson coming to stay and look at the new tandem.
After lots of training on saturday and some more photo shoots, we all went to compete in the buxton fun run, which is a 5k event sponsored by the company I work for.
Luke was in competitive mode and decided to do the run dressed as Cinderella.
Excellent time and won the race, with me winning the raffle -a chritmas hamper.
a special congratulations to our friend Mark, who has just discovered the joys of running and finished with a personal best time and the Irish record for that course!!!
