Well, seems like Luke and myself were right to be cautious last Saturday when we went out for a spin on the Matrix tandem  in freezing conditions.  Unfortunately several of my former club mates from CC Breckland came to grief on black ice in a mass pile up during an Audax ride.

I gather a few injuries were sustained as a result including some heavy bruising for our resident web designer at TriTeamDawson Geoff Muller from 2Up Ltd.

Geoff tells me that his wounds will go nicely with the other injuries collected in the past falling off his fixed-wheel bike.

Hopefully all will have a speedy recovery!
