You might think that I do all the hard training, but Jill well and truly showed me up other week!
Whilst I did 8 hours of training Jill must have hit almost 30 hours of activity – as much as most Pro athletes.
She was away at Champneys for a week long boot camp and a well deserved ‘rest’ from a very busy time at work recently.
If you’ve been following The Boss’s Blog you will know that Jill got on really well at boot camp. She put in tons of effort whilst only consuming 1500 calories each day – with no tea/coffee/chocolate/alcohol either! She’s looking healthy on it, but i’m not sure it’s for me!
Now Jill’s back home – and back at work – she has done rather well to continue eating healthily and maintaining a regular exercise routine.
