Not such a nice trip

Poor Jill. We were just about to head off for a triathlon event in Market Bosworth yesterday when she unfortunately had a heavy fall. Four and a half hours in AE resulted in Jill leaving on crutches.

X-rays showed no fractures but she has badly damaged the tendons and ligaments in her left ankle. It might take a while to heal properly.

It will mean no driving for a few weeks and work might prove tricky too given the nature of her job, but I am sure she will be keen to get back up and running soon, literally!
